Cheese
is my passion, and Maine Cheese has become a primary focus of my
business at Five Islands Farm. I am never happier than when introducing
someone to the truly great cheeses that are now being made in Maine! Cow,
Sheep
and Goat cheeses... Cheddar styles, Bleus and complex bloomy rind Camembert
styles are all made here. Some of the Cheese Makers have been
crafting fine cheese for more than 20 years. As
a member of the Maine Cheese Guild I am fortunate to
count as
my friends the amazing creators of the many different and wonderful
cheeses
that are being

We will accompany the guest of honor (Maine Cheese), and provide insight to how the individual cheese is made as well as some background of the cheese maker and pairing information.
